This is a Windows application for upper body motion capture using 2 webcams as stereo cameras.
No special equipment required
You can capture upper body, hand, and facial expression if you have the followings, without the need for special equipments:
a middle range PC
2 webcams of the same model
The captured motion can be exported via the VMC protocol.
Free edition limitation
There is a time limit on the function to export captured motion. (Data sending stops and restarts every 10 seconds.)
Background color cannot be fixed and changes automatically.
What is the difference with MocapForAll?
MocapForStreamer greatly simplifies set-up, such as camera calibration, by limiting the functionality to capturing the upper body only and imposing constraints on the cameras.
